• owners and operators of spaces available for hire (Hosts); and
• people or organisations seeking spaces (Guests).

ærspace's role is to facilitate introductions. ærspace does not own, operate or control Spaces listed through the platform.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

1. use the Website in a way that damages or interferes with its operation;
2. attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information;
3. introduce viruses, harmful code or malicious material;
4. copy or misuse Website content;
5. use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; or
6. impersonate another person.

ærspace aims to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and current. However:

1. information may change from time to time;
2. venue information may be provided by Hosts;
3. availability and pricing may change; and
4. ærspace does not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.

You should make your own enquiries before relying on information.

Venue listings may include information supplied by Hosts. ærspace does not independently verify or guarantee:

• ownership of venues;
• suitability of venues;
• facilities;
• availability;
• compliance matters; or
• services provided by Hosts.

Any booking relationship is between the Host and Guest.

All content on the Website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, designs, software and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Airspace NZ Limited. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without ærspace's permission.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. ærspace does not control and is not responsible for the content of those websites, their availability, or their privacy practices. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

ærspace collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

ærspace may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to the Website at any time.

No relationship created. Use of the Website does not create an agency relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture.

New Zealand law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. The courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction.
